Responsibilities include:

• Communicating kitchen issues with management
• Reading and writing notes in the manager’s daily log
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings
• Completing employee evaluations
• Reporting events honestly and accurately
• Ensuring compliance with policies and health standards
• Ordering and managing inventory
• Maintaining proper dress and grooming standards

Qualifications:

• Current food management certification
• Ownership mentality and flexibility for scheduling
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
