This role involves tasks related to food preparation and service, maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment.

• Greet and thank customers
• Take customer orders via verbal communication or automated systems
• Relay orders from service counter to kitchen
• Cook, prepare, package, and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety procedures
• Stock kitchen and service areas with necessary materials
• Maintain salsa bars with sauces, condiments, and utensils
• Fill customer orders and process payments
• Unload deliveries
• Clean restaurant interior and exterior
• Follow alcohol laws where applicable
• Maintain safe access to the restaurant
• Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

• Ability to respond promptly to requests and instructions
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers
• Ability to understand and react appropriately
• Perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing assignments
• Maintain productivity and a positive attitude under pressure
• Speak English for positions requiring customer contact
• Learn POS systems, kitchen screens, recipes

Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, grasp, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. Accommodations may be provided for disabilities.

Moderate to high noise level, with conditions varying by season, day, and time.

Roles include team member, cashier, cook, line server, grill, host/hostess.
