Job Description
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, assisting with measurements, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. Designers also ensure stock levels of samples and brochures are maintained and support store appearance by managing displays and showrooms to create an appealing and safe shopping environment.
Through these efforts, Designers help drive sales and meet store goals.
