Retail Store Associates participate in a leading retail setting, working independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of customers and communities. The role focuses on delivering customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and card transactions following policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring full stocking and operational readiness while staying updated on services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including opportunities for growth and development.
• Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with helping people on their path to better health.

• Required:
  
  At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to stay upright for extended periods; lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently; visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading a computer screen and inspecting small parts/details.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Part time

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour. The actual offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
