Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr – $28.00/hr (your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience)

• Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (minimum wage based on job location)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Front‑end Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may need to stand for long periods.
