Join Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190) as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Our mission is to help you originate more loans, working with a portfolio of over 50 lenders, banks, and investors to close more customers and maximize your earning potential.

This is a remote, full‑time position with no income caps and 7‑day support to help you close leads.

• Source and develop your own leads through networking and community outreach.
• Execute high‑volume outbound calling – 15–30 calls a day, increasing to up to 100 calls as needed.
• Attend open houses and client meetings, targeting 10–50 prospects per weekend.
• Work beyond traditional banking hours, picking up the phone after 5 pm and during evenings and weekends.
• Close loan applications and work with our team to finalize deals.

• High energy, results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
• Extensive network or the ability to build a large sphere of influence quickly.
• Coachable and willing to learn advanced sales techniques.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and proactive lead generation.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to connect instantly and build rapport with prospects.
