Responsibilities & Expectations

The Product Sales Representative will be responsible for sales of Rehlko Power Systems products and maintaining customer relationships throughout southeast Florida.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and interface with them on a daily basis
  • Sell new industrial products in a designated territory
  • Build personal and professional relationships with engineers, contractors, dealers, wholesale installers, and institutions
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
  • Prepare weekly call reports and dashboards to track and forecast opportunities
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain profit margins
  • Plan sales work on a long-term basis by setting quotas on calls made to potential and current clients, and the potential of sales for each established account
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory and to trade shows
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, plus three to five years pertinent sales experience, preferably in generator product or service sales, industrial sales, or related industries
  • Possess good problem‑solving skills while being able to effectively resolve customer complaints
  • Results‑oriented, self‑starter and excellent organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication capabilities
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
