This is a full-time on‑site Sales Manager role located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the transportation sector. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients and partners, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales team, creating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands regular collaboration with internal teams, assistance in project oversight, and staying updated on industry trends.

• Sales and Business Development skills to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client partnerships
• Team Leadership and Communication skills to manage and motivate sales teams effectively
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills for developing sales strategies and interpreting market trends
• Knowledge of the transportation, road safety, or lighting industries is highly desirable
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site daily and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
