meet DWIGHT is a SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry. Our tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms time and money while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Our product is making a significant impact and transforming the recruitment industry. Despite being a young business, we've scaled quickly, launching our US office earlier this year and now seeking a key SDR to join our team!

The Role

As an SDR, you'll reach out to recruitment firms to see if they could benefit from our AI tool. We're looking for someone resilient, tenacious, and a hunter eager to earn and progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Reaching out to decision makers via cold calls, emails, and Linked In
• Researching potential clients who could benefit from our product
• Building relationships and identifying client problems we can solve
• Meeting targets and KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Collaborating with Account Executives and the Sales Director to report progress
• Being proactive, sharing ideas, and engaging in training

Who Are You?

• A confident and clear communicator
• Sales experience is a plus, especially door-to-door or recruitment (not required)
• Hungry and determined to hit targets and grow
• Curious with thoughtful questions
• Organized and disciplined
• Fun and energetic!
