Surface Experts is hiring a field-based sales professional to sell surface repair services to apartment communities, hotels, assisted living and senior living facilities, and large residential builders
.

This is a field-based B2B sales role working directly with property managers, leasing teams, facilities managers, and maintenance teams
.

This role is a strong fit for candidates from property management, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or facilities-related roles who enjoy being in the field and building relationships.

• Visit managed properties and job sites throughout the day
• Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
• Walk units and common areas to identify repair opportunities
• Book repair work and coordinate next steps
• Manage your daily route and schedule
• Log activity and notes in our software
• Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits

$60,000–$100,000 OTE (base + commission + bonuses)

No Sales Experience Required

No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
• Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
• Detail-oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
