Role DescriptionThis is a contract position for a Remote Carrier Sales Consultant. The Carrier Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Daily tasks include consulting clients on logistics solutions, coordinating transportation services, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to meet service objectives.

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality support
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams

- Experience with logistics or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
