Senior Account Executive
Our client in the marketing technology industry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net-new revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise-level opportunities across key vertical markets. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers, navigating complex sales cycles, and securing high-value partnerships with large organizations.
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales process, from targeted prospecting and pipeline development to executive presentations, solution consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution. Leveraging data-driven marketing technology solutions, this individual will develop tailored strategies that address sophisticated client challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of exceeding quota in a B2B environment, successfully landing and expanding enterprise accounts, and building relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders. This role requires a highly consultative sales approach, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client services teams to ensure long-term client success.
Following contract execution, the Senior Enterprise Account Executive will facilitate a seamless transition to the Client Services team through comprehensive account documentation, strategic insights, and clear expectations for ongoing partnership management.
Success in this position requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong business acumen, a proven record of generating revenue from large accounts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role will be onsite in Coral Springs for the first 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Base salary offered will be ~$100,000/yr depending on experience, with an uncapped commission structure and significant earnings potential for top performers.
