Natal Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Installer to perform system replacements for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for professionals who are self-sufficient, follow instructions well, and have a strong background in installing water source units, split systems, and package units. If you're reliable, fluent in English, and ready to hit the ground running with the right tools and transportation-this is the opportunity for you.

• Perform complete HVAC system change outs and installations
• Replace water source units, split system units, and package units
• Follow installation instructions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with the office and supervisors throughout the day
• Provide high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Use own truck or van to transport crew and tools to job sites
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company standards

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation/change-out experience
• Understanding of Local Building Codes
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid EPA certification required
• Must have reliable transportation (truck or van)
• Must have complete set of tools necessary for change outs
• Fluent in English and able to follow directions
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and within a team
