You'll be the face of our company for residential and commercial clients, responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while providing top-tier customer care.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC system issues
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and service calls as assigned
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions
• Use online scheduling apps to manage daily job assignments and routes
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Provide accurate documentation of services completed
• Travel to job sites as required and work independently to resolve customer issues

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Understanding of Low Voltage systems
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid EPA certification
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• Ability to use online scheduling tools and follow directions
• Clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
