This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You'll be the face of our company for residential and commercial clients, responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while providing top-tier customer care.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC system issues
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and service calls as assigned
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions
- Use online scheduling apps to manage daily job assignments and routes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Provide accurate documentation of services completed
- Travel to job sites as required and work independently to resolve customer issues
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Understanding of Low Voltage systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Ability to use online scheduling tools and follow directions
- Clean and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
