Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking Service Plumbers to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. The role involves plumbing tasks including water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers and toilets), drain cleaning, and competent use of conventional sewer machines. This position will also act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

• Diagnose and efficiently resolve common and diverse plumbing emergencies
• Apply strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
• Perform water heater replacement and repair
• Replace fixtures such as faucets, tubs, and toilets
• Conduct drain cleaning
• Operate conventional sewer machines competently

• Minimum of 4 years of residential service and repair experience (diagnosing and troubleshooting)
• Experience with leak location and repair is a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional customer service on job sites
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Can work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on weather conditions
