• Previous installation experience required.
• CDL driver’s license a plus (higher pay depending upon experience).
• 5+ years in electric sign installation with knowledge of 120V/277V electrical systems.
• Able to read and understand detailed shop drawings, site plans, and sign location drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Must be results driven, have strong organizational skills and willingness to lend a hand.
• Crane Operator Certification a plus but not required.
• Experience in construction, welding, fabrication and metal all relate.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Able to operate heavy machinery such as aerial lifts, forklift, backhoe, arguer, etc.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting when needed (50+ lbs).
• Understanding of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at heights up to 100 feet plus.
• Flexible.
• Quick reaction times to short deadlines.
• Must be able to keep up in a fast‑paced environment, ability to multi‑task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements.
• Enthusiasm and ideas; A+ people need only apply.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to be covered by Trademark Sign Insurance. Clean driving record with no major or recent violations, valid Driver License, at least 21 years of age.
• Light travel and some overnight required (advanced notice provided).
