🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals ready to learn the roofing trade and grow with one of Florida’s leading roofing and waterproofing teams. This entry-level position offers steady work, on-the-job training, and piece-rate pay — the more you complete safely and efficiently, the more you earn.

• Assist with installation and repair of roofing systems

• Safely remove old roofing materials

• Apply roof coatings as directed

• Load, unload, and stage tools and materials

• Set up ladders, scaffolds, and safety gear

• Maintain clean, safe job sites

• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Aplicar recubrimientos de techo según las instrucciones

• Cargar, descargar y organizar herramientas y materiales

• Instalar escaleras, andamios y equipo de seguridad

• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y seguras

• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y OSHA

• Realizar otras tareas asignadas

• Comfortable working at heights (flat and sloped roofs)

• Lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and weather

• Use of hand and power tools

• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn

• Able to work as part of a team
