Job Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, identifying and diagnosing issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating and cooling equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Collaborate with clients to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates for services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC problems efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep detailed records of all service and maintenance work performed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified HVAC program or apprenticeship.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
