Job SummaryOur Truck Service team of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians spans the coast to coast. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you travel to a customer’s facility or distribution center with a fully equipped “bay on wheels” to perform preventive maintenance services and repairs on heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You provide accurate, efficient service by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing with professionalism and courtesy.

- Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers.
- Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
- Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members or customers.
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination on an annual basis.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour. A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. WorkEnvironment
While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud employee may also be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, and high‑concentrated cleaning solutions.
