This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair of buses, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and conduct field service calls as needed. The role involves providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring buses are operational promptly and efficiently. Timely and professional support for warranty repairs and preventive maintenance is a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of vehicles, particularly buses
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Experience with Field Service operations, including on-site repairs
• Effective Customer Service skills toಡೆ address client needs and concerns
• Knowledgeportes of preventive Maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive or diesel repair is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; CDL is preferred
