Base pay: $46,000 - $65,000 per year.

We’re hiring CDL Drivers to operate locally — home daily with no long hauls. We provide full training to safely and efficiently operate our equipment. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and customer service.

• Valid CDL License held for at least 2 years.
• Clean driving record.
• Drug‑free workplace (testing required).
• Available Monday–Saturday and holidays.
• Experience in the waste industry is a plus.
• Experience operating grapple or bucket trucks is helpful.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Safely drive assigned routes as scheduled by management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Be self‑sufficient and reliable.
