Peak Performance Bonus
:
Earn an extra $800 bonus for successfully completing the peak season Oct 19 – Dec 13. Bonus eligibility requires successful attendance and performance throughout the defined peak period.

- Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, manually moving large, heavy goods.
- Comfortably lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and move product 150+ pounds unassisted or with a team lift.
- Use scan technology to document pertinent carton‑level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
- Proactively monitor order‑management systems to ensure that all orders are received properly and provide detailed descriptions for any overage/shortage/damage issues.
- Perform regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate and up to date.
- Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
- Provide direct input into existing user tools and recommend improvements based on daily experience.
- Be a vocal contributor to the team.
- Work effectively with peers and managers.
- Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate.
- Read and comprehend English to ensure personal and workplace safety.
- Be cross‑trained in other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and moving product 150+ pounds unassisted or by team lift.
- Ability to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
- Strong, consistent work ethic.
- Comfort with scanning technology.
- Experience in distribution or logistics is a plus.
- Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
- Read and comprehend English for safety and communication.
