Job Title

Aerospace Shipping/Receiving Associate

$40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

• Performs daily inventory functions.
• Warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping and inventory level management.
• Receiving and verifying the correctness of incoming shipments.
• Enter all received parts into computer system and perform inventory allocations in a timely manner.
• Communicates with Material Manager to resolve problems, as necessary.
• Preparing outgoing orders for shipment (pulling parts from stock, preparing shipping documents, preparing packages to be shipped).
• Organise and monitor inventory level.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe stockroom area.
• Supports corporate policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Warehouse/Stockroom experience requested (in aerospace preferred).
• Computer skills (knowledge of Quantum Control software a plus).
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents.
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet objectives.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrates sound judgment when following through with priorities.
• High degree of accuracy pulling correct material, counting parts, typing labels.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Warehouse/Stockroom environment.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing or moving from one area to another.
• Climbing ladder to obtain shelf material.
