Intensivist (Nights/Days), Full-Time, Chilton Medical Center

Atlantic Health is seeking an Intensivist to join our team at Chilton Medical Center, a 260‑bed hospital located 25 miles from Manhattan. This full‑time position is primarily nights (≈70%) with some day shifts required (≈30%). Typical shifts run 7 PM – 7 AM, caring for critically ill patients in our state‑of‑the‑art ICU.

• Provide direct patient care and critical care management during night and day shifts.
• Perform essential procedures including central lines, dialysis catheters, arterial lines, intubation, and chest tubes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, respiratory therapists, and in‑house anesthesiologists.
• Attend to all aspects of ICU workflow and participate in rounds.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• Board certification (B/BC) in Critical Care.
• Both new graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $225,000 – $350,000 base salary (excludes quality and/or productivity incentives).
