$40.00/hr - $70.40/hr

• Prepares procedure room and scrubs/assists MD during cardiac catheterization and interventions including stent placements, balloon angioplasties, heart valve replacements, and/or EP procedures.
• Prepares and drapes patients for the procedure, responds to their questions, alleviates concerns, and ensures patient comfort.
• Enters patient, procedure, and equipment details in the system.
• Monitors patient hemodynamic status during procedure, including electrocardiogram, blood pressure, and chest pain.
• Retrieves imaging and other pertinent data and all necessary calculations for physician's interpretation of results.
• Balances, calibrates and records appropriate hemodynamic data as well as intervenes in cardiopulmonary emergencies.
• Operates equipment properly in a reliable manner, per departmental standards, complying with all safety guidelines/policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Professional Certification (BLS).
• RCIS/RCES (within one year of hire with completion of an accredited CVT program) OR Licensed RT (ARRT certification) with invasive experience.

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in health science or related field.
• ACLS.
