Your Responsibilities As a Commercial Door Installer
  • Diagnose and Repair – Service and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware.
  • Install New Equipment – Install new doors, operators, and commercial‑grade systems safely and efficiently.
  • Educate the Customer – Clearly explain repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work.
  • Sell Services, Repairs, and New Equipment – Use our proven good/better/best model to present solutions and collect payment.
  • Manage Inventory – Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in your company vehicle.

Basic

Position Requirements
  • Prior commercial garage door experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in heat, cold, and non‑climate‑controlled environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established processes
  • Reliability and professionalism
Knowledge
  • Experience working on commercial garage doors
  • Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet
  • Ability to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment
