Job Description
Triad Complete Healthcare seeks a compassionate pediatrician to provide primary care services in Ponca City. We prioritize provider autonomy, quality care, and a calm, patient-centered environment.
Pediatric primary care physicians are the first contact for children's healthcare, responsible for preventive services, diagnosis, management of common pediatric conditions, ordering labs, prescribing medications, performing minor procedures, and referring to specialists when needed. They oversee and direct medical assistants and nurses within the clinic.
This role also involves medical directorship, supervision of nurse practitioners, and fulfilling hospital call services, especially for neonates.
Triad Pediatrics offers comprehensive managerial support, fostering a professional, clean, and efficient practice environment to enable providers to deliver quality pediatric care.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with staff and patients
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- At least one year post-residency experience preferred; new pediatricians encouraged to apply
