Commercial Lender - Ponca , OK

Overview

Equity Bank is hiring for the position of Commercial Lender in Ponca City, OK (On-Site). This is a full-time salary position.

• Customer Service:
  Manage and service commercial customer relationships as assigned; enhance client relationships through regular contact, providing a high level of customer service and understanding of their business and risk profile; retain clients with acceptable risk profiles; demonstrate an understanding, concurrence and commitment to bank policies and procedures when managing client relationships.
• Productivity:
  Meet or exceed loan, fee income and deposit growth goals as agreed and assigned annually; monitor market conditions and competitor impacts to maintain competitive and profitable relationships; develop and maintain knowledge of all commercial products; demonstrate knowledge of loan documentation to mitigate risk; maintain and monitor annual personal growth plan; maintain an active calling program for new business development.
• Profitability:
  Demonstrate behavior to maximize customer profitability to meet EPS hurdles; meet or exceed financial goals; drive to deliver results that meet or exceed goals.
• Credit Quality/Credit Administration:
  Maintain acceptable delinquencies and non-performing assets; demonstrate strong credit analysis; communicate potential downgrades; maintain credit documentation standards.
• Quality of Work:
  Ensure consistent quality of work product; strong time management and organization; exhibit business acumen; problem-solving.
• Interpersonal Skills/Cooperation:
  Exhibit strong interpersonal skills; contribute to a professional working environment; communicate problems respectfully; act ethically; build rapport with customers.
• Perform Other Duties As Assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience may apply
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
• Computer skills on Windows-based systems
• Working understanding of banking regulations, bank policies, and procedures
