In Home Healthcare - Private Duty Nurse LPN - Alternating Weeks. Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide private duty home care for a very special client/patient. Details of the case can be discussed by applying or contacting the local office.

• One-to-one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physicians' prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation
• Administration of prescribed medications, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
