Hourly Pay: $32
Shawn Manor Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our night shift team! As a 5-Star rated facility, we value quality resident care, teamwork, and creating a supportive environment where our nursing staff feels confident and appreciated in the work they do.
What You'll Do- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members
