Join our team as an Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative and learn about the insurance industry while developing your sales and customer service skills.

• Base pay range: $65,000 – $89,000 per year
• Weekly draw pay plus commissions (no caps) and monthly cash sales bonuses
• Quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions

• Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to cultivate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients’ insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio and personal network.
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily work statistics and sales activity updates.

• High-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain). Study course and state licensing fee reimbursement available.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of post‑high‑school work experience. Candidates with recent degree completion or relevant sales/athletic background will be considered.
