We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) at Ponchatoula Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
• Make rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Provide intervention as needed to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Check all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
• Assist Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
• Take and record vital parameters as assigned. Assist with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.
• Record information on the electronic health record.
• Provide laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
