• Take action first:
  Lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Be results oriented:
  Delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Lead the experience:
  Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards across kitchen, people, and service.
• Understand that teamwork is key:
  Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Drive shift leadership:
  Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
• Help departments meet their goals and meet your own shift targets.

• A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and positive team‑player attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.
