Case Management Cymru Ltd in Pontardulais, Swansea, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young man with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The role is permanent, 16 hours per week, with 2 x 8-hour day shifts from 12pm to 8pm, and a pay rate of £15.50 per hour.
You must be able to drive and have use of a car, including the family vehicle, and be willing to transport the client in your own vehicle. DBS checked and full induction provided.
