Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities within the utilities sector. As a part-time role, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site management, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well‑organised.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities, identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and safety audits as required.
• Address and resolve facility‑related concerns from staff and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to plan and coordinate facility usage for events, meetings, and activities.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders and tracking usage as necessary.
• Assist in the training and supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and external service providers, contractors, and utility providers.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, responding to incidents and ensuring appropriate protocols are followed.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and visitors.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to facility environments.
• Problem‑solving skills to address facility‑related issues promptly.

• Familiarity with maintenance practices and utility systems.
