As a motivated and detail‑driven Field Engineer, you will be the heartbeat of our on‑site operations, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with high quality. You’ll coordinate teams, tackle challenges, and maintain smooth execution day‑in‑and‑day.

• Work closely with the project team to monitor safety, cost, scheduling, quality control, and punch list completion.
• Complete, update, and file quality control checklists accurately.
• Assist site management with coordination of material deliveries.
• Take responsibility for the successful completion of specific trades or scopes of work from start to final punch.
• Oversee and guide subcontractors and their hourly trade employees daily.
• Assist with punch processes as directed by site management.
• Record daily subcontractor headcount reports for each required construction trade.
• Enforce job site safety by policing and assisting with clean‑up.
• Submit notifications of inadequate clean‑up with pictures to responsible subcontractor and ensure resolution.
• Take pictures of construction progress daily/weekly and store them in appropriate job files.
• Assist the project team in any capacity directed.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 1 year of construction experience required. Relevant internships or hands‑on experience may also be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and plan reading.
• Exposure to construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job site safety practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar construction software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude, problem‑solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Receptive to feedback and able to follow through on direction to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
