Office Specialist II, Primary Care, Baptist Nocatee
Full‑time day‑shift position located at Baptist Primary Care in Nocatee, FL, reporting Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are looking to add an Office Specialist to support our five providers and facilitate high‑quality patient care.
Job SummaryUp to a $1,000 sign‑on bonus available.
Responsibilities- Assist patients as needed
- Review and follow up on unpaid insurance claims
- Process mail daily
- Work with insurance carriers and Baptist Primary Care Centers
- Check in and check out patients
- Assist with referrals as needed
- Scan documents
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Education Preferred: Associate’s Degree
- One‑two years of front desk experience preferred
- Experience working in a medical office preferred
None required.
