• Design and execute memorable events that bring our team together—from holiday celebrations to fantasy football drafts and community service projects.
• Be the go-to person for all things culture, ensuring every event reflects our values and energizes our people.

• Plan and attend campus recruiting events at top universities (UNF, Flagler College, UF), representing Pivot CPAs and connecting with future talent.
• Manage social media campaigns to showcase our vibrant culture and attract candidates who share our values.
• Communicate directly with potential interns and new hires, guiding them through onboarding and making them feel welcome from day one.

• Foster cross-team connections through creative initiatives.
• Publish a monthly newsletter that keeps everyone informed and inspired.
• Keep our internal app updated with the latest staff info, events, and communications.

• Work with our marketing partners to create compelling content and keep our social media and website fresh and engaging.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, event planning, or culture-building.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a natural communicator.
• Professional, dependable, and a true team player.
