Supply Chain Consultant

Overview

We are supporting a search for a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the Nordics. This role will focus on mentoring and strengthening the existing supply chain team, driving process improvement, and optimizing the use of SAP S/4 HANA to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Mentor, guide, and develop the supply chain team to improve proactivity, accountability, and overall effectiveness.
• Add strategic structure, operational clarity, and process improvement initiatives.
• Optimize data management, order book utilization, and ERP processes within SAP S/4 HANA
  .
• Document and formalize processes prior to new system rollouts.
• Work hands-on with leadership and the wider team to drive transformation and measurable change.

• Strong background in supply chain management
  , with a proven track record of team mentoring and process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  , including supporting new module rollouts.
• Skilled in managing order books, ERP optimization, and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Strong operational leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrix environments while scaling operations effectively.

• Introduce proactive leadership and clear operational direction to the supply chain team.
• Address passive team behaviors by “shaking things up” and driving accountability.
• Strengthen SAP HANA usage and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Transform the team into a more structured, strategic, and scalable function.
