We are looking for a Payroll Finance professional to join their team on a temporary basis. Working three days a week, you ll take ownership of critical payroll and invoicing functions, ensuring candidates are paid weekly and all PAYE calculations are accurate and compliant. This is a hands‑on role that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Three-day-a-week temporary position with flexible scheduling
• Core responsibility for weekly candidate payments and PAYE administration
• Direct involvement in invoicing and financial reconciliation

• Proven experience in payroll administration and PAYE calculations
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll compliance and tax regulations
• Competence with invoicing processes and financial record-keeping
• Proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheet management
• Attention to detail and ability to meet weekly payment deadlines consistently

• AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification or equivalent payroll certification
• Experience working in a recruitment or staffing environment
• Familiarity with HMRC reporting requirements and RTI submissions
