Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative to deliver great customer experiences in-branch, on the phone, and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers toward banking services that fit their needs, while staying within branch processes and adhering to high standards of fairness.
The role is permanent, part-time (28 hours per week) at Pontefract, with specific in-branch days and occasional phone support on closure days.
