Pontefract Academies Trust is seeking an Internal Inclusion Leader to lead The Hive, its internal provision for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This newly created position allows for significant influence on inclusive practices across the school, providing meaningful support to vulnerable learners.
The role involves managing daily operations, overseeing personalized learning plans, and collaborating with staff to drive student engagement. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 SEND qualification and experience in similar settings, along with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
