Leader Education is recruiting Psychology Graduates to support pupils with SEND in primary and secondary schools on a full-time, long-term basis. You will work in classrooms, small groups and 1:1, collaborating with teachers and SEND staff to tailor support for learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs.
Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with additional needs, patient, empathetic and resilient, with a drive to build relationships and support learning outcomes
