Elite Teaching Solutions is recruiting Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply placements across West Yorkshire schools. This is a temporary role offering flexible working arrangements, with the potential to develop into longer-term or permanent opportunities. You ll be paid £100 per day and will need to be willing to travel a maximum of 45 minutes to reach your placements. No previous school experience?

Preferred Requirements

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence speaking in front of groups and engaging with students of different ages
• Good behaviour management skills, or a willingness to develop these through our training
• The ability to adapt to different school settings and work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes and flexibility to work day-to-day placements

Preferred Qualifications

• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Teaching Assistant qualification, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent classroom support experience not essential
• Previous experience working in schools is welcomed but not required
  , as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
