Askham Bryan College is seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational and motivated Course Manager to lead the delivery of our King's Trust Team Programme in Outreach sites in Leeds. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people aged 16–25, helping them build confidence, resilience, employability skills and aspirations through personal development, community projects, residential experiences, work placements and employer engagement activities.

About the Role
As Course Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, management and high-quality delivery of the King's Trust Team Programme. You will lead learners through a transformative journey, supporting them to overcome barriers, develop essential life and work skills, and progress into employment, education or training.
Working as part of the Adult & Future Skills team, you will build strong relationships with employers, referral partners, community organisations and stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, enrol and retain learners onto the King's Trust Team Programme.
- Lead and deliver engaging personal development, employability and team-building activities.
- Support learners during classroom sessions, community projects, employer visits, work placements, and residential activities-including overnight stays.
- Create a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment where young people can flourish.
- Monitor learner attendance, progress and achievement, ensuring positive outcomes and progression.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible approach to working, including occasional evenings, weekends and overnight-residential activities.

Start Date:
The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).
