Working in a fast paced, ever changing department our QC Managers are vital to ensuring that our millions of happy customers receive high quality products.

• Take full responsibility for the effective management of our people
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve challenging efficiency targets
• Lead by example, encouraging a strong team‑oriented work ethic while promoting a fun, fair and rewarding work environment
• Run a team of around 25 PQC inspectors and operators ensuring products are quality inspected upon arrival and contracts are passed within a timely manner
• Resolve stock supplier errors, including replacing labels, repacking and quality inspecting items
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor absence, productivity performance and errors
• Identify ways to keep the team on track and focused to achieve their targets
• Work independently and think on your feet in fast‑paced operations
• Make sound operational decisions and support/cover at other sites when required

• Previous experience managing a team within a quality or warehousing environment
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Strong people skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Strong communicator, capable of building relationships across the business
