Overview
Are you an experienced estate agent, conveyancer or mortgage professional who knows the home-moving process inside out and now wants more influence, leadership and balance?
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Sales Progression Manager role where you''ll lead a team at the heart of the client journey, while still keeping your hand in with a reduced, high-value caseload.

Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours) No evenings or weekends
£35,000 OTE (Basic £31,500)
What You''ll Be Doing- You''ll be a senior figure within the Sales Progression function, balancing people leadership, operational oversight and hands-on expertise.
- Managing a reduced caseload of high-priority or complex files
- Acting as the first point of escalation for tricky or sensitive cases
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring Sales Progressors and Senior Progressors
- Conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and day-to-day guidance
- Monitoring pipeline data, forecasts and KPIs to keep exchanges on track
- Spotting process bottlenecks and helping shape smarter ways of working
- Working closely with other departments to improve onboarding and service delivery
- Building strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors and key partners
- Come from estate agency, conveyancing, sales progression or mortgages
- Understand the full home-moving journey from instruction to completion
- Have supervisory, senior or team-lead experience (formal or informal)
- Enjoy supporting others, sharing best practice and leading by example
- Are commercially aware and confident managing expectations
- Stay calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure
- Wants to step into management without losing touch with clients
- Enjoys improving processes and raising service standards
- Is organised, detail-driven and confident with data and reporting
- Communicates clearly with clients, colleagues and partners
- Values collaboration, culture and doing things properly
