Registered Manager Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs Pontefract, West Yorkshire | Up to £48,000 DOE| 12 Bed Service with a Good CQC Are you an experienced Registered Manager, Service Manager or Home Manager with a background in learning disabilities, autism and complex needs? We are recruiting for an ambitious, compassionate and commercially aware Registered Manager to lead a specialist 12 bed adult social care service in West Yorkshire.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about outstanding care, developing teams and improving outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. You will lead a dedicated staff team, maintain excellent CQC compliance and ensure the people supported receive safe, personalised and empowering care every day. Whats on offer Salary up to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays Paid mandatory training and development Genuine career progression opportunities Support from an experienced senior management and leadership team Registered Manager responsibilities As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, safety, compliance and day-to-day operation of the service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and developing a team of support staff and senior carers. Delivering exceptional, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge. Ensuring care plans, support plans, risk assessments and positive behaviour support plans are robust, person centred and regularly reviewed. Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.

Managing staff rotas, recruitment, induction, training, supervision, appraisals and performance management. What we are looking for To be successful in this Registered Manager role, you will ideally have:
Experience as a Registered Manager, Registered Service Manager, Home Manager or Service Manager in adult social care.

Experience with in a CQC-regulated learning-disability, autism, supported-living or residential-care service. A strong background supporting adults with complex needs, behaviours that challenge and/or mental health needs. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, Registered Manager Award or equivalent qualification. Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, Care Act and health and safety requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build an engaged, high-performing team.

Experience with audits, compliance, care planning, risk management, budget management and rota planning. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
