Pallet Repair Operative

Great opportunity to work as a Pallet Repair Operative for our client which makes and manufactures blue pallets.

Staffline is recruiting Pallet Repair Operatives in Pontefract

The rate of pay is £17.08 per hour.

This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work
You'll inspect, repair and refurbish pallets using hand tools while working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven production environment. The role involves manual handling, working with automation, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

You'll report directly to the Team Leader, with clear targets around safety, quality, productivity, timekeeping, and professional conduct.
