Qualifications
- Current NMC Registration Evidence of Continual Professional Development University Accredited Nurse Post Registration Qualification in ED Nursing/Critical Care Nursing or equivalent Post Registration Qualification in Mentorship/Training
- Experience:
Sufficient or significant proven experience in Accident and Emergency/critical care - Evidence of participating in the development of patient care
- Knowledge and Awareness:
Awareness of current professional nursing issues - Mentorship and preceptorship skills
- Demonstrate a high level of personal and professional autonomy and professional accountability
- Awareness of own limitations
